We are currently partnered with a global FinTech software house who are experts in building financial solutions. They are looking for a Technical Lead Developer to join their team and lead a high-profile project for the business.

The company has experienced continued growth and acquisitions, meaning existing systems are being realigned and consolidated. You'll be working in a complex technical environment that includes both modern and legacy systems, with the opportunity to help shape the longer-term re-architecture strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to progress into a role with more responsibilities whilst still being hands-on, or someone already in this position looking for their next challenge. You will have technical ownership and real impact on the team you help to lead, working on complex integrations with high scalability requirements and multiple system touchpoints.

The majority of the team is based in Cardiff and Swansea, and the company is looking for someone to be based hybrid in Cardiff to provide leadership and support to the development team.

You'll be working in an agile environment with great routes to continue progressing alongside training opportunities. The company is always looking to work with the latest tech and this is ever evolving to keep up with the latest improvements.
