Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Technical Lead to own the technical solution for client projects at Salford Quays/Manchester. You will guide delivery, architect systems, and mentor teams within an Agile environment, engaging with customers and partners to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

Role involves full-stack work with React, Java, Python and TS, integrating AWS services, managing databases like MongoDB/ElasticSearch, and coordinating with Platform Engineers on Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the Defence domain and/or delivering software solutions into Defence customers.
• **Secure by Design** principles (JSP 440/604) knowledge or practice.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/GDS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overall technical solution and delivery roadmap for a project.
• Acts as primary technical point of contact for customer and stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains solution designs and architecture.
• Mentors team members and guides design reviews.
• Contributes to longer-term technical roadmaps and Agile processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
