Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to shape and scale a multi-tenant data integration platform on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead the design and delivery of reliable Airflow pipelines, improve CI/CD and platform automation, and establish end-to-end data lineage from source systems to vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Data Engineer.
• Strong production experience with Airflow, Python, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on GCP experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, GKE, or Cloud Run.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of multi-tenant platforms, data quality, observability, or lineage.

• Evolve multi‑tenant architecture, configuration, and metadata‑driven processing.
• Strengthen CI/CD, automated testing, security checks, and deployment processes.
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and data lineage.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, governance, and vendor teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Data Engineer.
• Strong production experience with Apache Airflow, Python, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands‑on GCP experience with services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, GKE, or Cloud Run.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code—ideally Terraform—and cloud security.
• Knowledge of multi‑tenant platforms, data quality, observability, or lineage is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and technical leadership skills.
