Join a collaborative team working across Product, Engineering, Data and Security to modernise our technology estate and enable growth across markets in a hybrid Wimbledon office role.

Qualifications

• Leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital products.
• Architecture and technical strategy in modern tech environments.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and AWS.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Be aligned with one of our core market units - US, UK or Growth.
• Define technical direction and architecture across products and platforms.
• Lead and mentor engineers within cross-functional teams.
• Drive delivery of high-quality, cloud-native solutions.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders on strategic priorities.
• Balance innovation, scalability, security and resilience.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the business.
