Qualifications

• IT engineering and application architecture experience; senior developer/technical lead in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Cloud credential (AWS/Azure) and SAFe/ITIL foundations are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate SAFe features into scalable architectural designs and technical stories.
• Establish coding standards and drive down technical debt.
• Collaborate across Scrum teams to align dependencies and architecture.
• Mentor engineers to foster continuous learning and technical excellence.
