Senior Security Engineer (Scrum) — Cloud & DevSecOps

Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Engineer (Scrum) based in Hampshire (onsite 5 days per week). You will lead security architecture across cloud and hybrid environments, and oversee DevSecOps integration with SAST, DAST and SCA in delivery pipelines.

You will work with MOD accreditors and risk owners to navigate security case approvals, provide hands-on guidance on vulnerability remediation and secure coding, and uphold data protection and national security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, secure systems architecture and leadership with MOD/NCSC exposure.
• NVQ Level 4 cyber/IT or higher degree in Information Security or CS.
• Mandatory senior security certs: CISSP or CISM; CCSP/AWS-Azure security specialty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture design and controls across cloud and hybrid infra.
• Oversee integration of SAST/DAST/SCA into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with MOD accreditors and risk owners on security cases and governance.
• Provide hands-on guidance on vulnerability remediation, secure coding, and incident readiness.
