Job summary

Lofthouse Group in London is seeking an Associate to take technical ownership of delivery work. This senior, hands‑on appointment sits in the London studio full time, with a focus on commercial projects and refurbishment.

The role offers a clear path to influence, mentoring, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. You would lead technical delivery on 1–2 live commercial projects, act as the studio's technical authority, and contribute to shaping standards and processes while working

Qualifications

• Qualified architect at Associate level.
• Depth in commercial delivery, including refurbishment of existing buildings.
• Residential or regeneration delivery experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on one or two live commercial projects from Developed Design to completion.
• Serve as the studio's go-to person for technical queries across all sectors.
• Own detailing, specification and construction information quality.
• Advise on Building Regulations and gateway requirements.
• Mentor and raise technical standards across the office.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultant teams on site.
