Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, Applied Stats, ML or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in Python or C++, algorithm design, and ML.
• Experience as Technical Lead guiding architecture and milestones.

Responsabilités

• Act as a Technical Lead for 2-4 engineers, owning workstreams end-to-end and delivering milestones.
• Architect and scale large-scale data pipelines and distributed training infra.
• Run experiments with researchers to evaluate modeling and systems improvements.
