Job summary

Anson Mccade is seeking a Technical Lead for Digital & Technology Consulting to join a London-based hybrid team, driving delivery of enterprise-scale cloud solutions and mentoring high-performing engineers.

You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP, modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and promote AI-enabled software engineering practices while partnering with clients to translate requirements into scalable designs.

Qualifications

Proven leadership as Technical Lead or senior engineer with delivery responsibility.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design.
Experience delivering enterprise apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Knowledge of modern data technologies and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of complex, enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
Act as the technical authority across architecture, engineering, solution design and delivery.
Provide hands‑on leadership while mentoring engineering teams and promoting best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Champion modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled development and automation.
