Job summary

Microlise is seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Nottingham to drive design, implementation and monitoring of products. You’ll mentor teams, shape architecture roadmaps and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.

You’ll advocate design reviews, tackle technical debt, and guide multi-disciplinary agile teams while maintaining a strong focus on architecture and pattern implementation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying technical debt and paying it down across products.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership in design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Ability to define and describe system architecture and roadmaps.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead to play a critical, hands-on role in the design, implementation and monitoring of Microlise products. You will work closely with other areas of the business and our customers, providing expert technical knowledge and solutions to complex technical problems.
