Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is seeking an ambitious Technical Lead to join a growing tech business building an AI-powered customer engagement platform. This hands-on leadership role will steer a Scrum team, shape technical solutions, and drive AI-enabled software delivery.

You’ll stay hands-on with C#/.NET 6–8, APIs and backend work, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product teams to convert ideas into deliverable, reliable systems using modern frontend Vue.js and cloud/CDI practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Senior Engineer / Technical Lead experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent C# / .NET skills and strong engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally Vue.js.
• Experience owning production systems where reliability and quality matter.
• Strong communication, coaching and technical decision-making skills.
• Practical experience with AI developer tools such as Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Proven experience leading teams using agentic AI workflows as part of software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of a dedicated Scrum team.
