Technical Lead – Digital Delivery Hub

Full Time

£835 Per Day

What will you be doing:

1. This is a hands-on role where you will undertake development alongside managing and guiding your team, providing direction and oversight of the technical delivery of the digital products you are responsible for.
2. Actively working on our Java and Angular codebase to implement new features and requirements, in partnership with Product Owners and Architects.
3. Help establish and follow engineering concepts and best practices to ensure consistency and quality, including efficiently completing code reviews and providing feedback.
4. Assist with service support during office hours—identifying, locating, and proactively fixing faults.
5. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior staff to enhance team capabilities.

1. Technical experience with Kotlin/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, or AWS.
2. Experience managing and mentoring teams, combined with strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills at all levels.
3. Ability to establish and implement engineering best practices across multiple teams.
4. Adept at leveraging automation to improve development processes and optimise software delivery.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical issues.
