Arches Design Studio specialises in assisting Interior Design Companies with the design development and detailed documentation of interior projects. We can assist at any milestone in the package including Concept, Design Development, Pricing & Tender Documents, Construction Drawings, and packaging up Finish, FF&E, Lighting, and Furniture schedules. Our goal is to work closely with our clients to ensure the level of documentation is of a high standard and in alignment with their company standards.

Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Technical Interior Designer. The Technical Interior Designer will work on the design development and documentation of interior projects. The day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed construction drawings and documents, collaborating with the design team, reviewing materials and furniture packages, and ensuring work is on schedule and within budget.

About You

• Preferably experienced in Interior Design for Commercial and Hospitality projects.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in technical documentation utilizing Revit.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous involvement in coordinating service drawings is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Capable of managing multiple workflows efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Thrives in an environment characterised by trust, empowerment, high energy, and diligence, and enjoys contributing to its growth.
• Experienced in reviewing materials and furniture packages.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adept at meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, Revit, and Enscape is a plus.

This position is ideal for an Interior Designer seeking a short-term contract with flexible working arrangements.
