What the day will look like

  • Main point of contact for CII Content Serve and development of online learning pathways to ensure colleagues are competent and have the technical know-how required for their roles.
  • Actively support and collaborate with internal colleagues to identify training needs and develop learning pathways tailored to specific audiences.
  • Collaborate with external online content providers, e.g., CII Content Serve, to ensure seamless integration into Workday.
  • Be the main contact for troubleshooting issues related to Content Serve to maintain quality and functionality of online content.
  • Support assessment of colleagues’ knowledge on regulatory, technical, and business matters.
  • Coordinate and execute training initiatives to maximize learning and outcomes.
  • Support colleagues and drive continuous improvement across regulatory, policy, and operational training.
  • Assist the Training Manager in translating training strategy into local actions and ensuring timely, within-budget implementation.
  • Participate in training and governance meetings to highlight issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support CPD requirements under the T&C policy.

  • Effective communication skills for virtual platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, motivating others to succeed.
