An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Technical Instructor to train customer service engineers in installing and repairing advanced transport systems. This role involves developing structured training courses, collaborating with engineering teams, and creating engaging online content. The main responsibility of the technical instructor will be to train SPTS customer service engineers in installing and repairing SPTS transport systems. The instructor will analyze the knowledge requirements of the customer service engineers (CSEs) and develop structured training courses to meet these needs. Training will be provided to both SPTS engineers and customers, either at the SPTS training facility or at customer sites, requiring some international travel. The instructor will work closely with the SPTS engineering teams to develop training for new products. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the multimedia team to create online training courses and AR/VR applications. While the focus is on SPTS transport systems, cross-training and delivering training for other products may also be required.
