Overview

An exciting opportunity to join our friendly integrated community team in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. We provide Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to clients and you will manage your own caseload with support from qualified therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload with support from qualified therapists.
  • Falls prevention, mobility assessments and rehabilitation following routine surgery.
  • Provision of basic equipment and walking aids.
  • Visit patients in their own homes as part of a 7 day service with weekend rosters.
  • Complete electronic patient records using SystmOne (training provided).
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience of working in a rehabilitation environment or as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferred).
  • Health related qualification to the level of NVQ 3 or equivalent community experience.
  • Full valid driving licence and access to a car for business use (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment and support a healthy work-life balance.
Conditions and Benefits
  • Post is full time (37.5 hrs per week) but part-time work will be considered.
  • High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary (pro rata where applicable).
