What You'll Do:
As a Technical Incident Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading incident management processes, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot and restore services effectively.
  • analysing incident trends to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive measures.
  • Communicating with stakeholders during incidents to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to incidents and resolutions.

  • Proven experience in incident management within a technical environment, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - keeping everyone informed is key!
