Qualifications

Join to apply for the Technical Implementation Consultant role at ISS LiquidMetrix.

ISS STOXX is hiring a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team in London. In this role, you will oversee the full delivery cycle of our TCA and Market Abuse solutions for banking and fund management clients across Europe. As a product and industry expert, you will lead technical implementations, including building Proof of Concepts (POC), conducting presale discussions, and delivering technical presentations to ensure successful product deployment and communicate business and technical benefits to clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to present system architecture, components, integration options, and file specifications. Address technical objections.
• Understand and document clients' data usage, analyze data extraction needs, and advise on data management.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans, including data modeling, programming, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Provide ongoing support during and after onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to address technical aspects and market needs.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of the securities industry, especially Equities, and experience with buy-side or sell-side firms or financial data vendors.
• Strong understanding of OMS/EMS data, trading workflows, and experience with transaction cost analysis, best execution, or MIFID regulations.
• Proven technical communication skills with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Programming experience; knowledge of statistics and statistical packages is a plus.
• Experience in business development, presales, or sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations and data analysis reports.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and a university degree.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, Visual Studio, Java, Python, SQL, and Windows Commands is desirable.
