Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Technical Helpdesk Support to join our Lifetime Services Helpdesk team in Milton Keynes. You will provide 2nd–3rd line technical support across software systems, triage tickets, and ensure fast, accurate resolutions while working in a hybrid setup.

The role is full-time and permanent, with shifts Monday to Friday and occasional travel to customer sites. Salary up to £32,000 with 25 days annual leave, pension, and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support or 2nd line support with ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, cloud hosting technologies (Azure), and WMS/WCS or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd–3rd line support for system-related issues and deliver fixes within SLA.
• Triages tickets, updates information, and escalates to relevant teams.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and support software with clear updates.
• Run system monitoring tools, analyse data, and report findings.
• Take ownership of technical problems to keep systems performing optimally.
