Job description

Working alongside the Technical Support team, utilizing customer service skills to screen and process incoming calls. Once fully trained, you will use remote diagnostic tools to perform CCTV and Intruder maintenance checks and follow up with engineers on documented faults.

There will be a 6-month progression plan to develop into a Level 1 Technical Support Technician, enabling you to support customers with basic remote fixes.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Work a 4-week rolling rota: Shift 1 (8-4), Shift 2 (9-5), Shift 3 (11-7), Shift 4 (9-5), Monday to Friday.
  • Set up remote software and sites; ensure all sites are accessible remotely and follow up if not.
  • Maintain up-to-date maintenance schedules for all sites.
  • Ensure all systems are fault-free, with full follow-up actions for flagged issues.
  • Schedule prompt and accurate information for engineer follow-up visits.
  • Prioritize workload to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Represent Kings Secure professionally and work as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by capturing prompt and accurate information.
