Kings Security is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join their dynamic team in Bradford. In this role, you will utilize customer service skills to assist with CCTV and Intruder maintenance checks, manage remote diagnostics, and support engineers. This position includes a 6-month progression plan to grow into a defined technical role. Ideal candidates are PC literate, team players with strong communication skills, and adaptable to a changing environment.
Working alongside the Technical Support team, utilizing customer service skills to screen and process incoming calls. Once fully trained, you will use remote diagnostic tools to perform CCTV and Intruder maintenance checks and follow up with engineers on documented faults.
There will be a 6-month progression plan to develop into a Level 1 Technical Support Technician, enabling you to support customers with basic remote fixes.
