Technical Growth Hacker responsibilities include:
- Choosing, in collaboration with other departments, which metrics/KPIs to focus on.
- Developing traditional and creative strategies to grow those KPIs.
- Implementing A/B testing for ideas.
- Analyzing data and user feedback.
- Collaborating with other departments (Product, Marketing, Top Management) to share ideas, data, and feedback, aiming to enhance user-centricity.
- Driving traffic to websites, landing pages, social media, and apps.
- Applying Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and hacks across various businesses.
- Working within a lean startup framework.
- Utilizing the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) metrics framework.
- Prioritizing and optimizing growth channels to improve business performance.
- Scaling and automating growth processes.
- Implementing referral marketing strategies to create viral growth.
Technical growth hacker requirements include:
- A passion for all things crypto.
- Proven experience in rapid consumer recruitment and acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytics, metrics, and statistical skills.
- Excellent social skills and understanding of user behavior, with a focus on customer experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
