Pay Rate: £31,811.55 plus 10% shift premium
Grade: N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
Location: DHL, MK:DC, Snelshall East, 2 Pendeen Crescent, Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes MK4 3FU

  • Lead the team: Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running.
  • Streamline processes: Implement strategies to enhance productivity in our workshop.
  • Ensure safety: Maintain high safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a secure workplace.
  • Monitor performance: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed goals.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have experience with IT and technology (preferred)
  • Have managed a small team of technicians (preferred)
  • Have worked within a production site (preferred)
  • Possess FLM/Supervisor/Team Leader experience
  • Have a strategic mindset and problem-solving passion
