Job summary

ICL Growing Solutions is seeking a scientifically driven Technical Field Research Lead to join our AmegA Sciences team in Daventry, UK. You will drive evaluation and development of technologies that improve plant performance, NUE and WUE across global markets.

You will lead field, glasshouse and laboratory research programs, design robust trials, analyze data, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory, commercial and external partners to support product development and technical marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Plant Physiology, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
• Experience in agricultural or plant science R&D.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
