Job summary

The role requires expertise in plant physiology, trial design and data analysis, plus strong communication and project management. International travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Plant Physiology, Agronomy, Crop Science, Horticulture, Agriculture or related discipline.
• Proven experience in agricultural R&D.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, NUE and WUE.
• Experience designing trials, analysing data and producing technical reports.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• MSc, PhD, BASIS and/or FACTS qualifications are advantageous.

About the Role

AmegA Sciences, part of ICL Growing Solutions, is looking for an innovative Technical Field Research Manager to lead the evaluation and development of new technologies focused on plant performance, nutrient use efficiency (NUE) and water use efficiency (WUE) across global agricultural, horticultural, turf and ornamental markets.

You will play a key role in taking new technologies and product concepts from idea through to commercial launch, generating scientific evidence, managing research programmes and supporting product development throughout the product lifecycle.
