Job Description:

About the role: Our Technical Field Managers are central to our operations, leading teams of locally recruited staff in the safe implementation of IED, mine, BAC clearance, and EOD projects. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, administration, procurement, community and government liaison, planning, reporting, training, and staff assessment. Roles are in remote, challenging environments where the work significantly impacts local communities.

About you: You should hold IMAS EOD 3 (or equivalent), with experience in IED/mine clearance in conflict-affected regions. Additional qualifications like EOD3+ or IMAS IEDD 3 are advantageous, especially with experience in Syria or similar contexts. Strong diplomatic, management, and training skills are essential, along with fluency in English and preferably Arabic or Kurdish.
