We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Technical FM Leader to manage and elevate our NRS sites. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer service, with the benefit of a 4-day work week promoting work-life balance.

Locations:

Hunterston Power Station, West Kilbride, KA23 9RA, with oversight at Chapelcross Power Station, Annan, Dumfriesshire, DG12 6RF.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM.

As a Technical Facilities Manager, you will lead teams to achieve operational success across a diverse portfolio, overseeing projects and services, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in Hard Services as a Technical Facilities Manager, managing teams and subcontractors in a CPI/KPI environment.
• Strong financial skills to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Experience managing large FM projects.
• Exceptional audit process management skills.

Your Qualifications:

• City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services.
• IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH General Certificate.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• Understanding of CDM Regulations.

Experience:

Robust background in Technical FM, operational and project delivery, in regulated, critical infrastructure settings, with leadership skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
• Report writing and data analysis skills.
