Job description

Position: Hyper Care Technician
Pay Rate: £19.00
Weekly Pay: Guaranteed 40hrs
Overtime Rate: £28.50
Working Shifts: Monday & Tuesday and Thursday Night
Working Hours: Monday - Tuesday 0800hrs-1700hrs and Thursday 2200hrs - 0600hrs Night (flexibility may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver comprehensive process and system training, ensuring team members and clients can utilize systems confidently and effectively.
  2. Lead and mentor senior management team during installation training, providing hands-on support and expert guidance.
  3. Perform and teach advanced techniques such as:
    1. Calibration resets and diagnostics.
    2. System reboots, updates, and troubleshooting.
    3. Precise camera adjustments and custom configurations for optimal performance.
    4. Component installation and integration into complex systems.
  4. Oversee the execution of system migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
  5. Travel extensively across the UK and Europe to manage installation projects, acting as the primary technical expert on-site.
  6. Conduct post-installation evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions.
  7. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine system functionalities and enhance user experience.
  8. Adhere to health and safety standards while maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workspaces.
  9. Drive operational excellence through continuous feedback and process improvements, helping the company evolve and adapt.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 4 years' experience in assembly, installation, or technical service roles.
  2. Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  3. Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays (both nationally and across Europe).
  4. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed processes.
  5. A professional, adaptable attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
