This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a highly reputable and experienced company. This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaising directly with customers.
2. Assisting with machine issues.
3. Ensuring framework testing is kept up to date.
4. Maintaining all relevant documentation, procedures, and training documents.

Ideally, you will have good mechanical and electrical knowledge as well as being IT literate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take a step up from a field service engineer role and become the technical specialist on specific products, joining a multi-national offering stability and security, a great bonus scheme, as well as progression and development opportunities.

The Person:

1. Mechanical and Electrical background, working on a range of products/machinery.
2. Product knowledge with bank note sorting machinery would be highly desirable.
3. IT Literate across a range of packages.
