Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Technical Duty Manager/s to oversee the technical operations of the 10th Lambeth Fringe Festival.

Job Description

Based solely at The Bread & Roses Theatre, you'll be responsible for managing technical aspects of most get-ins and get-outs, working closely with the Festival Coordinators and visiting companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the lead technical contact for all festival performances at The Bread & Roses Theatre
  • Managing most get-ins and get-outs throughout the festival period
  • Supporting lighting, sound, AV setups, and basic show cueing
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance and technical readiness
  • Liaising with the venue team and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Maintaining an organised and consistent technical schedule

Contract: Freelance | 5 weeks (possibility for a job share) | £610 per week (ITC rates)
Location: The Bread & Roses Theatre, Clapham (Lambeth), London
Dates: Monday 23rd September - Sunday 26th October 2025
