Job Description:

PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with offices in Europe, Asia, and the US, and a team of 3,500 professionals. We deliver complex projects in sectors like life sciences, food and beverages, ICT, manufacturing, energy, and environment. We are seeking a senior-level Technical Director of Building Services to lead and develop this discipline within PM Group. This role involves strategic contribution, leadership, governance, troubleshooting, and defining workflows across all 20 design offices. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and supporting the group's strategy for Building Services, including capability planning, team development, and sector-specific expertise.
2. Driving digitalization and innovation in design processes, improving service delivery platforms, and standardizing workflows across locations.
3. Supporting governance of design delivery, including proposal support, project reviews, and risk assessments.
4. Acting as a troubleshooting lead for critical design issues, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining communication with management.

Qualifications:
