A prominent international consultancy is seeking a Technical Director in Glasgow to lead their Building Services design team. This strategic role will involve overseeing technical capabilities, ensuring design quality, and fostering relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a wealth of experience in Mechanical Building Services.

Our client is one ofthe largest, most successful international multidisciplinary consultancies inthe world, with offices across the UK and teams based in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Their BuildingServices team plays a leading role in some of the world's most challenging andexciting engineering projects across a plethora of sectors includingResidential, Blue Light, Education, Mission Critical, Aviation, Energy (e.g.Fission, Fusion, Large scale PV), Commercial Offices, Transportation andDefence.
Their work will bringyou together with both UK and international designers, on projects that rangefrom individual buildings to city-size solutions and approaches.
Your new role
Our client is lookingto appoint a mechanically biased UK Technical Director within their BuildingServices design team. In this role, you will lead one of their main technicalcapabilities delivering building services, sustainability, building performanceand low carbon solutions across their multi-discipline teams of Architects andEngineers.
You will reportdirectly to the UK Practice Director and Professional Head of Discipline andhave influence over the 900+ Engineers and Architects within their nationalBuilding Design practice.
