Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Technical Director for the Justice segment. A senior leadership role responsible for technical compliance, asset management, and high‑quality FM delivery across a complex public‑sector portfolio.

The ideal candidate will shape the segment’s technical strategy, lead audit and assurance, and drive lifecycle investment planning while partnering with senior stakeholders to boost performance, safety culture, and growth. Hybrid work with site travels is available.

• Deploy regional policy/procedures across the Justice segment.

This role will shape and align the segment’s technical strategy, lead audit and assurance activity, drive lifecycle investment planning, and partner with senior stakeholders to enhance performance, safety culture, and future growth opportunities.

• Justice Moj experience preferable.

Substantial quantifiable experience of controlling multi-site Total Facility Management and Capital Projects involving hard and soft services Chartered or Incorporated Engineer from a relevant discipline and membership of associated professional bodies Excellent commercial and negotiating skills, strong contractual understanding with considerable experience of managing change through direct delivery, strategic outsourcing and partnering with specialist service providers A strong track record in Business Development including mobilisation, dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain within a complex multi-faceted operation The ability to diagnose/analyse complex commercial and technical situations and provide the government Executive Board with accurate, concise advice Demonstrable operational understanding of facilities maintenance and building services within a client focused environment including day to day management knowledge as well as tactical and strategic planning Significant Programme and Project management experience Package Description Competitive salary plus bonus and car allowance Hybrid
