Job Description

This Platform Development Ad Agency is looking for a Technical Director to join their fast-growing web design and development team where you will be leading on the technical strategy and development, delivering beautiful, cutting-edge web solutions for their clients.

Your role will involve technical direction, pitching & technical planning, team management, mentoring & coaching.

Experience needed:

Experience of leading and developing technical teams within an agency environment
Strong communicator, be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in modern frontend development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and component-based frameworks such as React or Next.js.
Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, WordPress (including Gutenberg blocks), headless CMS platforms such as Sanity is highly desirable.
Familiarity with current CRM, Analytics and cookie tools.
Experience of nurturing clients and growing customer accounts.
A portfolio of wider development experience is advantageous, such as application development, API integrations, or creative technology projects.

Hybrid working in Central London – 3 days a week
