Bring your skills to the mix as a Technical Director in Civil Pipeline Engineering. You'll play a vital role leading in every aspect of our Pipeline Service Line on Transformational Programmes for critical infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad. You will serve as a strategic industry leader in your discipline, bringing people together to shape innovative and viable solutions to some of society's most complex challenges.

We specialize in all aspects of water engineering within the sector, delivering water services into sectors such as Aviation, Defense, Energy, and Cities & Development. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, adding value through client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:

  1. Be accountable for technical delivery and safety, maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects and programmes, and act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
  2. Set the technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, serving as a subject-matter-expert.
  3. Lead initiatives of technical excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring quality assurance standards in design.
  4. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Ensure quality assurance standards in design are met.
  6. Develop and manage civil pipeline capabilities within the practice.
  7. Contribute to innovation, advancing knowledge and understanding, and inspire others.
  8. Act as a strategic partner for clients, recognized as a go-to expert in your technical field.
