Bring your skills as a Technical Director Civil Engineering. You'll lead business development and civil engineering efforts on Transformational Programmes for critical infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects domestically and internationally. You will serve as a strategic industry leader, bringing people together to develop innovative and viable solutions to complex societal challenges.

We specialize in all aspects of civil engineering across sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, Education, and Water. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:

  • Accountable for technical delivery and safety, ensuring high-quality standards across multiple projects and programmes, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
  • Set the technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, acting as a subject-matter expert.
  • Lead initiatives for technical excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring quality assurance standards in design.
  • Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in design.
  • Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice, fostering innovation and advancing knowledge.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, recognized as a go-to expert in your technical field.
