This is a hands‑on leadership role blending strategic oversight with practical engineering insight.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or automated testing.
Strong electronics/electrical engineering background.
Proven hands-on hardware and circuit design experience.
Understanding of analogue and digital electronics, instrumentation and fault finding.
Experience designing and developing test rigs, fixtures or ATE systems.
Leadership experience overseeing engineers or technical teams.
Engineering qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and direction for the engineering teams.
Support engineering teams and review technical solutions.
Collaborate with customers from requirements through design, build, integration and commissioning.
Provide both strategic leadership and detailed technical input.
