Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an established leader to build and grow the Asset Health capability across Water, Defence, Energy and Aviation within the Infrastructure Asset & Information Management Practice. You will set strategic and technical direction, shape opportunities and secure work, ensuring high-quality outcomes by linking asset condition data to prioritised interventions and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience gained within infrastructure consultancy, asset-intensive organisations or closely related environments.
• Strong understanding of Asset Health, condition, criticality, reliability, maintenance and investment planning.
• Experience establishing, leading or growing a technical service or capability with demonstrable client demand.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the strategy and roadmap for the Asset Health service line across Water, Defence, Energy and Aviation.
• Define a focused portfolio of distinctive and commercially viable services responding to clients' operational, maintenance and investment priorities.
• Set the technical direction for Asset Health, developing and improving methods, governance and assurance arrangements.
• Identify, shape and convert strategic client opportunities with market, account and practice leaders.
• Provide senior technical assurance and commercial judgment in major bids and commissions.
• Lead complex multidisciplinary assignments as Technical Director or equivalent.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, asset owners and industry stakeholders.
• Establish an active Asset Health community and develop people, partnerships and reusable methods.
