Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Define and communicate the engineering vision, architecture, and strategy, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple projects.
3. Oversee all stages of engineering projects, from concept to support, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
