To drive technical excellence and innovation in product development and private label projects, ensuring quality and food safety, providing expert technical support, and staying abreast of market trends to deliver exceptional products and services.

Key Skills & Experience:

Project Management:

  • Proven experience in managing product development and private label projects from concept to launch.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Product Development & Innovation:

  • Strong background in product formulation, testing, and development.
  • Ability to translate market trends and customer needs into innovative product solutions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new product development processes

Quality Assurance & Food Safety:

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
  • Ability to conduct product testing and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Technical Support & Communication:

  • Experience in providing technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials.

  • Project Execution & Delivery: The ability to manage and deliver product development and private label projects on time and within budget.
