redfish solutions ltd in London is seeking a Technical Designer to join our team, contributing to a strong project pipeline with values up to £15 million+. You will work with architects, engineers and clients to develop accurate drawings.
The role offers progression within the company and requires Revit and AutoCAD expertise, knowledge of Building Regulations, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines.

2-4 years’ experience using AutoCAD & Revit.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Experience within the area of Traditional tender & build projects.
Demonstrative experience with construction drawings, detailed drawings and schedules.
Liaison with contractors i.e., Mechanical, Electrical & Joinery
A good knowledge of current Building Regulations.
Process orientated & self-disciplined individual.
Have a proven track record of understanding design proposals and creating technical drawing packages to support these designs.
To effectively carry out building surveys and to prepare technical documentation with guidance from Building Control.
To have confidence in attending site meetings on their own and communicate effectively with clients and sub-contractors.
Experience of measured building surveying.
