A regional policing body in the UK is looking for a Technical Designer to enhance digital learning initiatives and improve service delivery. This role involves designing training strategies and managing various projects. Applicants should have a Level 4 Learning & Development qualification and extensive experience in producing visual learning solutions. As our Technical Designer you will play an integral part in supporting design approach to improve service delivery. As part of the Learning & Development team, you will actively create / develop websites, learning strategies and define on-line training solutions.
This position will require both team & autonomous work, with you actively managing multiple work streams at one time, having a keen sense of organisation & prioritisation.
