Job summary

Planhat is seeking a Technical Deployment Specialist in Greater London to lead customer deployments end-to-end, translating business goals into scalable technical solutions.

You will drive integrations, automations, and data-driven processes, working with Sales, CS, and Product to maximize impact and growth. A track record in fast-growth SaaS and problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, implementation, RevOps, or a fast-growth SaaS company.
• Self-directed and adaptable: takes initiative, learns fast, maintains momentum in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative across domains: translates goals into execution between commercial and technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments: own full lifecycle from scoping and design to configuration, integration and go-live.
• Translate strategy into execution with commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Integrate and automate: build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect data and processes.
• Enable smarter decisions: use AI and analytics to reveal patterns, drive faster actions and scale successful approaches.

• As a Technical Deployment Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution
• You’ll lead customers through complex implementations, integrations, and automations, translating goals into scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver real business value
• You’ll shape how customers use data, automation, and process design to run smarter and scale faster
• Working closely with Sales, CS, and Product, you’ll ensure every deployment creates lasting impact and sets the foundation for growth
• Lead customer deployments: Own the full lifecycle of Planhat implementations, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go-live
• Translate strategy into execution: Work with commercial and technical stakeholders to define success and design scalable solutions that make it happen
• Integrate and automate: Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect the customer’s full tech stack, unifying data and processes to drive clarity and efficiency
