Job summary

Planhat is seeking a Head of Technical Deployment EMEA to drive the full deployment lifecycle for our most complex customers. You will lead a high-performing team, design scalable deployment processes, and partner across CS, Sales, and Product to align deployment strategy with business goals.

You will act as a technical architect in complex deployments, integrating with customer data systems and building automations to ensure robust data flows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading 5-10 person teams in a high-growth, cross-functional startup or scale-up.
• Deep technical expertise across APIs, data architecture, integrations, and automation.
• Strong project management skills handling multiple large-scale engagements.
• Excellent communicator translating between commercial and technical audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on leader who resolves escalations, trains the team, and manages go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and coach your team of Technical Deployment Specialists.
• Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and scalable processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales, and Product to align deployment strategy with business goals.
• Act as a technical architect in complex deployments, integrating with customer data systems and building automations.
• Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time and boost customer satisfaction.
• Track and report deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, outcomes, and velocity.
