Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager - CyberSecurity

Title :

Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager

6-month contract, with immediate start

Will work under the direction of the Chapter Lead of Delivery to support the Identity Domain in delivering large cross-Domain / Cross BU initiatives that span multiple squads and product owners.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Strong delivery and stakeholder experience in the delivery of large, technically complex initiatives that span multiple squads, teams, or BUs.
2. Cybersecurity and (preferably) Identity experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automation, orchestration, discovery, remediation, organizational change.

The initiative for which the client is seeking a Senior Tech PM involves establishing a DAC (Discovery, Aggregation & Correlation) capability spanning Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management functions.

Key Capabilities:

• Align with CyberArk OOTB API capabilities.
• Integrate other product-based capabilities (Temporal, Tanium, and potentially Sphere or Paris).
• Conduct rapid POC to production transitions.
• Incorporate multiple data feeds into a Data Lake.
• Display workflows and capabilities via a Single Page application.

Key Challenges:

• Cross-team alignment, vendor engagement, data ingestion, and presentation facilitation.
• Orchestrating delivery using established (but evolving) ways of working, leveraging existing mechanisms, cadences, and tooling.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Delivery management experience across large and complex technology functions.
• Leadership experience with stakeholders and teams across delivery, technical, and functional areas.
• Ability to identify, escalate risks and issues, and coach Product Owners and Crew Leads.
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise delivery, applying agile principles.
• Security/Cyber experience (IAT exposure highly desirable).
• Experience in regulated industries with compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead and advise at an executive level and drive outcomes.
• Previous experience leading enablement or delivery teams, with a focus on process improvements.
