Job summary

Beyond Sports is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to sit at the center of engineering execution, technical strategy, and ML innovation. You’ll guide squads delivering AI‑driven systems while contributing to architecture, POCs, and high‑complexity challenges.

You’ll collaborate with ML engineers, tech leads, product teams, and creatives to transform live sports data into immersive digital experiences, staying hands‑on around 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software engineering, technical delivery or leadership.
• Experience deploying ML systems into production with monitoring and retraining.
• -Experience mentoring engineering squads.
• -Hands-on experience building/training DL models in PyTorch.
• -Familiarity with MLOps tooling such as MLflow and CI/CD workflows.
• -Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• -Experience with sequence/generative models applied to spatiotemporal data.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution, technical strategy and ML innovation.
• Guide squads delivering AI-driven systems and contribute to architecture/POCs.
• Hands-on coding and problem solving to unblock delivery.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, tech leads, product teams and creatives to build immersive systems.
• Shape scalable ML pipelines, cloud inference services and real-time data processing.
• Help evolve engineering standards, practices and governance across the business.
