Job description

We're looking for a Technical Delivery Lead (Integrations) to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless movement of data and processes across our digital estate, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

With Dynamics 365 at the core, you'll help deliver integration projects that connect our systems in practical, well-defined ways, supporting internal teams and the delivery of essential customer-facing services.

You'll bring excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with our mission as a housing association.

You won't be expected to develop code, but you'll need to be technically confident, able to understand integration architectures, guide delivery teams, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions alongside engineers and architects. Familiarity with Azure integration capabilities will help you contribute effectively to technical discussions and delivery planning.

A natural collaborator who thrives on driving clarity, momentum, and alignment across diverse teams, you'll enjoy problem-solving, be confident navigating technical conversations, and be able to hold both delivery and engineering teams to account without losing sight of the bigger picture. You'll bring proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or Engineering Manager and be skilled at translating business needs into clear technical direction. You'll ensure alignment and shared understanding, balance structure with flexibility, and be passionate about delivering real value through technology.
