Job summary

Caspian One have partnered with a leading global investment bank to recruit a Technical Delivery Lead to drive deployment and adoption of a portfolio of AI agent solutions within a key business division.

The role requires senior delivery leadership, deep banking domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with GenAI tooling and production readiness processes. The candidate will oversee production deployments beyond pilots and ensure alignment with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution or enterprise architecture at a tier 1 or large investment bank.
• Experience with review boards, change governance, risk sign-off and model risk processes.
• Ability to take agentic solutions into production beyond pilots and manage production readiness.
• Knowledge of agent architectures, retrieval, tool use, evaluation and AI failure modes.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Entra ID and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and defining service processes and production readiness criteria.
• Ability to map technology risks to a bank's control framework and engage with second-line risk.
• Led a delivery team and acted as senior client-facing lead in consulting or professional services.
• Lending, credit or retail banking knowledge.
• Experience inheriting and stabilising another supplier's solution.
• Awareness of AI governance frameworks: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, PRA/FCA expectations including SS1/23.
• Knowledge of UK financial services operational resilience and third-party risk.
• ITIL 4, TOGAF or Microsoft certifications.
• LLM evaluation, observability or responsible AI tooling.
• Background in consulting or managed services with SLAs and commercial scope.

• Accountable for taking agentic solutions into production beyond pilots
• Credible knowledge of agent architectures, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and generative AI failure modes
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Entra ID and Power Platform
• Working knowledge of ITIL, including defining service processes and production readiness criteria
