Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-OSS and network delivery projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and operational acceptance.

You will ensure on‑time delivery within budget, manage scope and risks, drive governance, and coordinate with Sponsors, Architects, SMEs, Engineering and Operations teams to meet security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of large OSS/network projects.
• Experience with telecom OSS domains and cyber security alignment.
• PM certifications preferred (PRINCE2, PMP or Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OSS and network delivery projects.
• Own design through deployment and operational acceptance.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Drive governance, steering and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Sponsors, Architects, SMEs, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Oversee budget, forecasting and financial governance.
• Engage Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance.
• Support connectivity and network deployment activities.

Job description

Start Date - Immediate : Start dates will be subject to customer confirmation and will depend on profile selection, shortlisting, interview completion and onboarding timelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Technical Delivery and System Integration experience, preferably within Telecom OSS and Network domains.
• Proven Project Management experience using tools such as MS Project (MPP), Pega, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Experience managing network change control and release management activities.
• Experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects and control functions to ensure delivery compliance and security assurance.
• Experience managing project financials, budget forecasts, actuals tracking and cost governance.
• Strong vendor and supplier management capability.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments.
• Vodafone experience highly preferred.
• Strong Telecom and OSS domain expertise is a key differentiator.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end.
• Own delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and meets quality expectations.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
• Drive governance, steering committees and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Business Sponsors, Architects, SMEs, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Own project budget management, cost tracking, forecasting and financial governance activities.
• Lead engagement with Cyber Security teams to ensure all project deliverables meet security and compliance requirements.
• Support Connectivity and Network implementation activities, including:
• Preparation and management of communication matrices (Comms Matrix).
• Coordination of implementation, rollout and deployment activities.
• Stakeholder communications before, during and after implementation windows.
• Go-live readiness and implementation governance.
• Support release planning, deployment and live implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across delivery processes.
