We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Data Business Analyst within our Data & Analytics portfolio. As Product Manager/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of data products within various workstreams. Your expertise in data analysis, business analysis, requirements elicitation, product management methodologies, and user engagement will be essential in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects/work packages within the data products portfolio, aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Work with data engineering and platform teams to understand technical possibilities and translate them into product features.
• Test and assure data products before release.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Gather user feedback and incorporate user-centric design principles into product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering data products or data-driven solutions, preferably within Financial Services, Energy Trading, or Energy domains.
• Experience with financial market data, data analytics, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, including agile practices and tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
