An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Data Administrator in Southern Maintenance, reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager.

• Support technical administration of the HP pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.
• Running HP third party system, ensuring strong communication with third parties and operational colleagues.
• Communicating with third parties, inside and outside of SGN, to ensure safety and integrity of HP pipelines.
• General admin tasks.
• Technical administration support of Cathodic Protection data system.
• Supporting colleagues to distribute work to operational staff across all maintenance activities.
• Creation and maintaining spreadsheets to help support work tasks within the department.

• The successful candidate will be highly motivated and committed to working as part of a team in a performance-oriented environment. You must be committed to providing the highest level of communication, accuracy, and efficiency and be self-driven.
• You will be highly organized, capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and responding to changing priorities at short notice while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Excel and have the ability to use multiple software packages to manage workloads and tasks.
